* Billing/Shipping Address - Due to online fraud, we can only ship to the matching billing address of the credit card used.

We understand that sometimes orders need to be shipped to a different address. In that case, we email you a Credit Card Authorization Form stating, "It is okay to use my card to ship to an address that is not my billing address." Once we receive the form back by fax, scan, or email with all the required information, your order can be shipped to the requested address.

We will also need this form to verify your address for International or Domestic cards that do not participate in the Address Verification System.

PayPal Payments—When using PayPal as your payment method, please ensure your account is verified and that the shipping address used is confirmed. PayPal allows you to confirm multiple addresses linked to your account. Payments from unverified accounts shipped to Unconfirmed addresses will not be accepted, and you may encounter delays with your shipment.

Shipping Address - Please enter all the correct details for your shipping address, including apartment or suite numbers where applicable. UPS charges $16.40  minimum of $16.40 for an address correction. As wholesalers, our profit margins are too low to absorb these costs. Any charges for additional corrections will be passed on to the customer if the address is incorrect.

Common mistakes include incorrect zip codes, inadequate road directions, and the omission of street names such as "Street," "Avenue," "Terrace," etc. Also, the apartment suite/unit numbers associated with the address are missing.

The shopping cart allows you to review your entire order, including the address, before you check out. Please take a moment to ensure your details are accurate.

Shipping Overseas - We ship to most European & Asian countries and CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA.  Shipping is via Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail with insurance, and transit time is approximately 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country and the chosen service. Various authorities in your country may impose import duties or other charges; we have no control over this.  Actual shipping costs and options for your specific order and destination will be calculated and emailed to you, usually within 24 hours of placing your order.  You will have the option at that time to choose a shipping method or cancel the order.  Please note that you must be the legal cardholder of the credit/debit card you use, and we will only ship that card to the address your bank has on file.  Orders will not be shipped until we can verify this information.

Out of Stock/Back Orders - In the unlikely event that we are out of stock on a product, a notice will be included on your invoice if it does not significantly impact your order. The missing item will be refunded (for Debit/Credit/PayPal purchases) or credited to your account. If the item(s) make up a large portion of your order, we will contact you to either select an alternate item, hold the order, or issue a refund. Please check your email or voicemail so your order is not delayed.
